Unknown baseband in mobile phones can be cause by factory resetting a phone OS,OTA UPDATES,flashing a wrong secro.img to the phone or any wrong network data to the phone,if your about to flash your phone and don't know if your with the correct secro.img data, kindly uncheck the secro image before downloading the OS(operating system) to the phone for MTK devices like Tecno and the rest.
