In this guilf,I want to show you how to use Avast anti-virus to disinfect and protect your computer.. though,there are many anti-virus softwares but I recommend Avast..


1. Download Avast anti-virus and make sure that the programme is registered and the virus definition up-to-date..

2.  Go-to settings and activate protection, then goto scan tab and select *boot-time scan
Restart and allow it to scan you computer while it is still booting....

If it detects threads,press the corresponding number to *delete or quarantine them..
The scan might take some time depending on the content of your computer hard drives..
If the scan was successful, congratulations
You have removed the viruses. Your system will boot automatically after the scan.
Test your computer performance and see if the threads are still there.. for better performance in computers that normally hang due to prolonged usage,got to *Appdata,local,temp
And then delete the content if the temp folder..
For window xp, 8 or 7 , type %temp% in your windows start bar to bring out the temp folder..
