Where the first option was the majority count in support of the option 2 in the conclusions from an executive meeting held in regards to these 6 different events, 

The conclusions from the meeting is below

We have several family events lined up this year, including:

- 2 burials

- 4 weddings

- Get-together

The events are scheduled as follows:

- December 27th 2024

- January 5th: 1 wedding 2025

- January 8th: 2 weddings and 1 burial 2025

We are required to contribute towards each event.

Considering our past and present donations, as well as the current economic situation, we are proposing the following contribution options:

Option 1:

- ₦15,000 minimum contribution per person, covering all events (burials, weddings, and get-together)

Option 2:

- ₦12,000 minimum contribution per person, covering all events except the get-together

- ₦2,000 minimum contribution per person for each event

Option 3:

- ₦12,000 minimum contribution per person, covering all events except the get-together

- We will appeal to our more affluent family members to contribute towards the get-together, with 4 or more persons hosting it jointly

Note: If you have already contributed towards the two burials, you will only be required to contribute towards the weddings and/or get-together.
