Which started after an OTA (over the net ) upgrade. Don't get scared, OTA updates are good as long as you have a good fast internet connection but it can't be a problem when:
Your mobile device OS(operation system) is rooted, if you are on rooted OS disregard any OTA update.
It can also cause hanging, restarting or application clashing when you update from one ANDROID OS version to another because OTA updates don't touch your User-data or cache partition meaning that all your information are supposed to be intact after a successful OTA update.
In most cases like this Nexus 5, the upgrade will be DIRTY in the sense that some previously installed apps may not be compatible with the new OS and this will simple cause problems and boot loops etc
So,is better to do a system reset after an OTA update.
